Inés comes from an indigenous community of the Ishir people. The Ishir people were the original inhabitants of the land that comprises the Pantanal Reserve. Inés has been working at the station since 2009. She is very good at cooking and she delights visitors with her delicious meals. She is the main housekeeper, giving a delicate and fine touch to the Three Giants Biological Station. She also helps with the monitoring and research projects whenever possible.
